Luma is an AI-powered job search platform that includes a job application tracker and Liz, an AI career advisor. Luma is operated by Yolk Studio LLC. By creating an account or using Luma, you agree to these Terms of Service.
To cancel, visit the Billing page and click Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.
When your 7-day free trial ends without an active subscription, your account becomes read-only: your job pipeline and saved data remain accessible, but AI features (Liz) are paused until you subscribe.
Luma is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Yolk Studio LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access, the accuracy of AI-generated content, or any specific outcome, including job placement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yolk Studio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Luma. Our total liability to you will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
